How can I book a property inspection?

Bookings can be made via our website, SMS, or by calling our friendly team. 

Your presence is certainly welcome, but not essential. Our inspector will need access to the property, which we will arrange via the real estate agent or vendor.  

Depending on the property itself, we allow 1 to 3 hours for the inspection, and up to another hour for the report and documentation. Some homes, inspections take less or more time, depending on the type of construction, accessibility and on the number of defects found.  

 

The report is available within 4 hours after the inspection is completed or sooner. Payment must be received prior to a report being emailed or sent.  

Yes, it holds both professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance.
