Timber Pest Inspections And Treatment
Comprehensive Timber Pest & Termite Inspection
Using the latest state of the art technology Tramex ME5 moisture meters coupled with FLIR thermal imaging Cameras, we can identify hidden moisture issues and environmental conditions that may increase the riskof termite attack.
As part of every inspection, we assess your property for conditions that are conducive to termite activity, including:
- Poor site drainage.
- Leaking plumbing and moisture problems.
- Timber-to-soil contact.
- Inadequate subfloor or roof space ventilation.
- Untreated or stored timber around the property.
- Other factors that may attract termites or timber pests.
Important
Following the inspection, you’ll receive a comprehensive report outlining our findings, including photographs (where applicable), recommendations for rectification, and practical advice to help protect your property from future termite infestations.
Our Timber Pest Inspections are carried out in accordance with Australian Standard AS 4349.3–2010 – Inspection of Buildings: Timber Pest Inspections, giving you confidence that your inspection meets recognised industry standards.

Advanced Termite Treatment Options
- Chemical Barriers : Applied around the building perimeter, non-repellent termiticides form an invisible shield. Termites unknowingly carry the termiticide back to the colony, producing effective elimination.
- Baiting Systems : Stations installed around your property attract termites to consume bait and return it to the nest, gradually collapsing the colony.
- Physical Barriers : Ideal during construction or renovations, these durable installations block termite entry points long-term.
- Reticulation Systems (e.g., Termguard) : A network of pipes around the perimeter allows safe reapplication of protection without disturbing soil or structure.
